Terms of Service (SaaS Agreement)
By accessing or using our platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
The Service is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides access to digital social media marketing services.

Eligibility
›You must be at least 18 years old
›You are responsible for all activity under your account
›You must provide accurate information

Account Responsibility
You agree to:
›Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
›Accept full responsibility for all actions under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Payments & Account Credit
›All payments are processed in USD (or equivalent)
›Funds added to your account are classified as non-withdrawable, non-transferable digital credit
›Prices may change at any time without notice
›We are not responsible for third-party payment processor fees

No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
›The Service begins processing immediately once an order is placed
›You are purchasing digital, non-reversible services
›You waive your right to initiate payment disputes, reversals, or chargebacks — except where required by applicable law
Exception: orders that have not started processing can still be canceled and refunded to your account balance from the My Orders page, and refill-eligible services are covered by our refill guarantee.

Balance & Withdrawals
Account balance is tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another user or withdrawn as cash.
›The only path to cash-equivalent value is the affiliate withdrawal system, where available
›We are not responsible for balance lost due to sharing your login credentials with others
PLATFORM RULES

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
›Use the Service for illegal purposes
›Abuse, exploit, or attempt to bypass system limitations
›Create multiple accounts for manipulation
›Interfere with system security
Violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and loss of account balance.

›We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
›Service performance may vary
›Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
LEGAL & LIABILITY

Third-Party Services Disclaimer
We are not affiliated, associated, or endorsed by any social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, etc.).
Use of the Service is at your own risk and subject to third-party platform policies.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
›Financial losses
›Account bans on third-party platforms
›Indirect or consequential damages
Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

Termination
If a user violates these Terms, we reserve the right to:
›Suspend or terminate accounts
›Remove access to the Service
›Retain account balance
MISCELLANEOUS

Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time.
